SQU to rock Double Mountain Pub on June 7.

5-11-08 ::: SQU will be returning to one of it's favorite venues, the glorious Concrete Bazooka room at the Double Mountain Brewery in Hood River on Saturday, June 7! Showtime is 7:30 PM. Admission is Free! We will be unveiling some of our new material, plus our new Boss of Bass, Jim Matthias.

SQU gets some love from British new wavers.

5-6-08 ::: SQU was recently heralded by Luke Sky of the IRS Records band "Fashion". "You guys are tight, you rock and I like the vocals - Boris The Bagman is a great song"! Many of you may remember Fashion from the early 80's. They shared the stage will many greats, such as Duran Duran, U2, and opened for The Police during their first US tour.

Songwriting Hiatus Pays Off!

4-14-08 ::: Boris has been sitting in the top 5 songs in the OurStage.com Pop catagory for almost 2 full weeks! It peaked at # 2 on Sunday, April 6, out of over 1,000 entries that are in the OurStage.com Pop song contest. The contest ends April 30.

Update - SQU to play 2 shows at 2008 Gorge Games

3-29-08 ::: SQU will be playing at an as yet undisclosed location in downtown Hood River on Friday night, July 18, and at the Adventure Village's main stage at the HR Marina on Sunday, July 20. Both shows are free!

Jim joins the Underground

2-28-08 ::: SQU adds local musician Jim Matthias to the line up. Jim is a talented guitarist and songwriter who will be lending his skills on bass guitar.
